A copyright notice has been added to the rtfm.mit.edu archives which
should be displayed when the archives are accessed by anonymous FTP
(including via the URL ftp://rtfm.mit.edu/pub/usenet). The current
text reads as below. The purpose of the notice is to inform those who
are accessing these archives that copyrights needs to be considered
when using or redistributing the archived postings.
