I agree that it is better, but it means one more rule for
the authors and the moderators to adhere to, and one more
source of errors.
I don't like that because submission is already difficult.
Is there any idea about what kind of third argument we might need ?
I would like to leave it up to the moderators to decide.
In the mean time I'll just strip enclosing quotes from
the augmenting text.
