I've been getting "unable to locate host" on that one recently.
Has it moved?

Sounds like your name server might not have caught up with the recent change:

www.qucis.queensu.ca used to be an alias for requin.qucis.queensu.ca.

As of May 23 it became an alias for maroon.qucis.queensu.ca -- and we started
using port 80, the standard, instead of 1999 (since the operations staff took
it over and were able to start it as root). There's a redirection server
running at www.qucis.queensu.ca:1999, which should be forwarding all HTTP
requests.
