I haven't seen the ORA book yet, but I'd also be wary of Sybex. I was
browsing 'Mastering the Internet' when I found that about 120 pages were
straight from my anonymous ftp sitelist (the entire Appendix G). That's
10 % of the book and I can't remember giving them permission to use it in
this way. I'm going to find out if I have and otherwise contact the
authors about this. Normally, I wouldn't mind much, but copying >100
pages without asking and apparently conveniently leaving the
copyright out is not what I'd call 'nice'.
