I've found the Oxford Libraries Automation Service WWW Server
http://www.lib.ox.ac.uk/internet/news/
to be much more useful for our own group's needs. It's linked to a very
good newsfeed, and seems to have a much more extensive list of FAQs than
what I can see at Ohio (at least for bit.listserv groups).
