You mean a class action suit? I don't think the amount of damages we
could collect would interest any attorney. However, this WOULD be an
important precedent setting case for some upstart attorney trying to make
a name for themselves...

On thing we should do, however, is to let the publisher know about it. Or
contact a "20/20" type show. I'm way too lazy to do anything like that, but
someone out there might take the initiative.
