I do (in rec.music.makers.bass). I found it easier to include it,
as the FAQ is not originaly my compilation, much less my writing.

Dunno if this has been said here earlier, but you really don't need
the copyright notice anymore as even the US has joined the Bern
convention, which among other things grants copyright without
requiring a notice.
