I have not been asked yet and, if I am, the answer will be no likewise.
It seems to me that such people are free loaders. I certainly would not be
happy with an acknowledgement or free copy of the CD as recompense.
Perhpas my ego is not so inflated as to be happy just with a credit, or the
subject of our FAQ is not so popular as it need the free space on someone
else's CD.
I agree. I too honestly cannot see the point.
