It seemed worthwhile at this time to remind people that the *.answers
submission guidelines do change from time to time, and that if you
have an older version of the document, you may wish to replace it with
a newer copy. Over the last year or so, for example, we've added some
new "what if" situations, streamlined certain procedures, and
reformatted the document to be a bit more readable.

Usenet: posted periodically to all the *.answers newsgroups.

Anonymous FTP: rtfm.mit.edu:/pub/usenet/news.answers/news-answers/guidelines

Mail server: send email to mail-server@rtfm.mit.edu with the text
"send usenet/news.answers/news-answers/guidelines" in the body of the
message (the subject line does not matter).
