If they only have marketing info, it is otherwise its hard to say.
You can always have a FAQ that says "Look here: http://www.borland/com"

Yes. Especially programming language FAQ seems to be very extensive.
I have two FAQs, but they are about products that I do tech support on, so the
FAQs I have actually help me get less work, since we sent a copy of them with
each product we ship. Putting them out on internet it just to help users of the
products in other countries.
