Looks like I was wrong. I'm glad someone's getting a response from him
(although I still haven't).

I have two problems with that. First of all, the costs of production
and distribution don't have to come out of his pocket. They can (and
should) be passed on to his customers.

Second, I notice that he plans to *pay* his software contributors, but
claims that he can't even afford to give FAQ contributors a copy of the
CD. I believe the term for this is "double standard."
