I maintain the AFS FAQ: http://www.transarc.com/Product/AFS/FAQ/faq.html

The lecturer who taught my AFS Administrators class knocked me out
with her enthusiasm for the subject and inspired me to do more.

Being new to AFS, I found myself asking lots of Qs. Since there was no
AFS FAQ, I decided to have a go at writing one for several reasons:

a) "because it wasn't there"
b) for me to learn and understand the subject better
c) to assist users at my site to learn and use AFS
d) to "put something back" into the Internet (useful to others?)
e) to be futher inspired by working with the lecturer on the FAQ ;-)

It also seemed to me that AFS deserved to be more widely known about.
Writing the FAQ has been very worthwhile and positive feedback from folks
"out there" makes a big difference.

How much time do I spend on it? Too much and not enough!
