FAQ in HTML-format / Standards & Tools ?

Ken has already pointed you at the two WWW home pages with tips.
Consider also the faq-maintainers mailing list archives (anonymous FTP
rtfm.mit.edu:/pub/faq-maintainers), documented in the mailing list
policy and introduction document which was sent to you when you were
subscribed. The general topic of HTML formatting for FAQ's has been
beaten to death on this list again and again and again; please, let's
only revive it for new sub-topics thereof.
