Also, take a look at my "Finding and Writing FAQs" page, which has a
link to David's page as well as information about the Utrecht,
Oxford, and Ohio State servers, which automatically convert ascii
FAQs to HTML. I recently submitted it to Yahoo's Reference:FAQs
page (http://www.yahoo.com/Reference/FAQs) so it should show up
there in a couple weeks. It would be great if people could add
pointers to it in FAQ-related docs, e.g.:

Introduction to the *.answers News Groups
*.answers Submission Guidelines
FAQs About FAQs
FAQs: A Suggested Minimal Digest Format

I have links to all these on my page.
