I've searched and searched for relevant documents but can't seem to find
anything, so if I've missed some vitally important document, please
forgive me -- is there any sort of program that helps to facilitate the
transformation of a FAQ in text format to HTML? I'm considering working
on one myself and wonder if it'd be wasted effort. Thanks in advance.
