No; that's not very pretty.

I much prefer Tom Fine's own format.

I also think we need standard ways of doing a few other things, like
marking revisions (it would be nice to have it take advantage of
revision marks, when they come into HTML, for example, or at least
indicating which items have been added or modified, even without
marking the changes specifically), and a standard way of creating an
index to multiple FAQs (when there are multiple ones on the same
subject, not just multiple part FAQs).
