They _are_ broken. Regardless of how you get to the page:
http://www.cis.ohio-state.edu:80/hypertext/faq/usenet/FAQ-List.html
the page is truncated (sometimes after the C's, sometimes after the G's).
So there's no way to get to the specific FAQ unless you know the
exact archive name. And some multipart FAQs that have a generated "top.html"
result in "Document contains no data" if you access the top.html.
For example:
http://www.cis.ohio-state.edu/hypertext/faq/usenet/motif-faq/top.html
If you chop off the "top.html", you get:
403 Forbidden
Your client does not have permission to get URL /text/faq/usenet/motif-faq/
from this server.
Furthermore, accessing any (most?) of the A-G FAQs also results in a 403 error:
http://www.cis.ohio-state.edu:80/hypertext/faq/usenet/fuzzy-logic/part1/faq.html
403 Forbidden
Your client does not have permission to get URL
/text/faq/usenet/fuzzy-logic/part1/faq.html from this server.
Sure seems broken to me. :-(
