It makes sense to split files into logical self-contained units. In our
case an additional factor in adopting this format was the length of many of
the FAQ items, which simply could not be abbreviated. The conventional
distribution mechanism for FAQs (one or a few consecutive single posts or
announcements) is not the best way to handle this type of FAQ collection.
The combination of html/WWW has done a great deal to improve "publication"
of, and access to, our info.
