As Brad Templeton has pointed out on the net, this paradigm can be rather
dangerous.
What happens if a user posts a copyright violation?
If you believe that the user is granting implicit licenses for other people
to reproduce his article, he cannot grant an implicit license for a copyright
violation; and since it is the other people who are reproducing the article,
it is the other people who are all violating copyright. This makes everyone
with news systems personally responsible for copyright violations posted to the
net and appearing on their systems.
