Removals....

Hmmm... this seems to be quieting down. Time to throw out
a major controversy.

Is it possible for a FAQ to be REMOVED from *.answers, in
much the same sense that a member of this mailing list can be
(bypothetically) removed from it by mass opposing consensus?
The reason I'm bringing this up is the recent appearance
of a "FAQ" that appeared on alt.current-events.net-abuse about
cancelling articles. It's been ripped into heavily, since it
presents the "JUDGES-L" mailing list as a definitive arbitration
unit for cancel controversies... amoung other problems. It has
not yet been posted to news.answers (that I noticed); however,
I see nothing in the news.answers guidelines or intro that would
preclude it from being posted, in spite of this.
So, I'm asking:
1) Beyond conformity to the header style and periodicity,
I see no standards listed that preclude news.answers approval of
nigh to anything. Are there any?
2) If a FAQ is judged wildly inaccurate, one can respond
with a counter-FAQ, and/or ask for the person to correct it. Is
there any way to get it's news.answers FAQ halo removed?
3) Should there be?
