Keeping a tally

Hi,

I guess this a basically a mechanical question but I am sure others must have
faced it at various times.

Given that we are maintaining FAQ, what is the best method of keeping a tally
of the frequency that particular questions are being asked? It seems that
undocumented observations could be quite wrong.

I suspect that there are a few topics that are current in the group for which
Rachel and I maintain the FAQ but as the purpose of the FAQ is to cut down on
unnecessary traffic to the group how do you judge this.

Would others like to pass on their observations and experience on how they
know which questions are the most/more/less frequent?

Robert
