What gets archived at rtfm?

Recently, I got a note from a reader of alt.tv.red-dwarf, asking if I
knew that the file masquerading as my Red Dwarf FAQ in the rtfm archive
was actually an article written by someone else as a followup to the
FAQ. It turns out that my FAQ is where it's supposed to be, in
/pub/usenet/tv/red_dwarf-faq. But my informant tells me that the bogus
file is also there, in
/pub/usenet/alt.tv.red-dwarf/Red_Dwarf_Frequently_Asked_Questions_List_(FAQ).
What's going on here? Does the rtfm server archive any article with a
Subject line that contains the string "FAQ"? If not, how does it decide
what's a FAQ and what isn't?
