You aren't serious are you? Every time I want to check something in a FAQ,
you would expect me to fire up news or a Web client. I'd spend half my day
in news just checking things in the Perl FAQ. Not to mention the amount of
time I'd waste with the SysAdmin FAQ, and the [insert OS here] FAQs.

Of course you want people to save them and refer to them.
