Archive-Name -- what does it mean?

My FAQ has an Archive-Name of /tv/red_dwarf-faq, but what does that
mean? I've asked the rtfm mail-server to send me /tv/red_dwarf-faq and
/pub/tv/red_dwarf-faq, but it says it can't find the file. What's the
correct path?
