Yes, I have a utility that does this. It also produces a version of
my Linux FAQ in GNU Info format and one in Basser Lout typesetter
input so that I can distribute a PostScript copy.

The utility is written in Perl and can be found in
linux-faq.source.tar.gz on sunsite.unc.edu under /pub/Linux/docs/faqs.
That tarfile contains the source for the FAQ, and the formatting Perl
script with its 4 back-ends.

The output can be found in the same directory, as linux-faq.ps.gz and
linux-faq.ascii. The HTML version is at
http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/users/iwj10/linux-faq/
and the posted version (which is slightly different to the plain ASCII
since the posting has to be in two pieces and is PGP-signed) can be
found in comp.answers and comp.os.linux.announce.

Ian.
