Posting FAQs on Usenet with Winsock Apps

I'm interest to hear how any of you who use Winsock clients through a SLIP
or PPP connection are able to post your FAQs to Usenet. I have been unable
to find a client which lets me make my own header on my FAQ, so that I can
insert the "Approved:" line.

Any ideas? Reply or send email. Thanks,
