I personally don't see the harm in producing a book of FAQ's as long as
a) Permission is gained from the people who maintain the FAQ's and perferably
from the people that submit answers to them.
b) The FAQ's are choosen carefully to be of the sort that don't get out of
date too quickly, and that its is made plainly obvious that these versions
are *not* up to date, and information given on where you can get the up
to date versions.
c) The orginal 'owners' of the FAQ is given the right to do whatever they
wish the HTML version, and possibly the actual copyright as well.
d) Permission should be required if they wish to use the material for
anything else, other than they have specified.
