I floated the question what to do about the book inclusion on
comp.graphics.gnuplot (of which I maintain the FAQ), and got back the
following questions from Alex Woo (from whom I took over the then -
embryonic gnuplot FAQ project):

I'd be very interested in getting back a HTML version. I'd probably use
it as my main version, and look for a way to run off normal text copies
of it as posted version. I don't have time to dig into HTML, myself,
though, as other things take up my spare time right now quite
efficiently :-)
