Why do you want to know? What, if anything, are you planning to do
with the information?

It's usually considered polite to tell people why you are asking
personal questions... if you're just taking a survey for your own
interest, then you'll get a different set of people answering than
if you have some application for this information in mind.

If you want complete lists of all Usenet moderators and FAQ maintainers,
everything you need is posted regularly to news.lists.

(Cc'ed to faq-maintainers so nobody else needs to send the same
flame.)
