How about using the 'FORCE' command on Tuesday ? I am assuming
you have set the 'interval' of "7".

P.S. FAQ Server doc says the following on 'FORCE'

FORCE password archive-name

Forces the posting with the specified archive name to be posted as
soon as possible. The body of your mail message will be ignored.
Note that it is not possible to force a child article, and that
forcing a parent will cause all of its children to be posted.

After an article has been force-posted, the interval until the next
posting of it is reset; for example, if you have an article with a
30-day interval, and you force it to be posted 15 days after the
last time it was posted, the next time it will be posted after that
will be 30 days after the forced posting, not 15.
