The faq-maintainers-request folks know that there have been lots of
bounces and weird mailer problems, including doubled messages, with
the faq-maintainers mailing list. (We've been getting multiple
bizarre bounces per message....)

We don't have direct control over the machines which deliver the mail
for this list, but I am sending the appropriate postmasters a note to
make sure they are looking into the possible problems ASAP.
