Most irrelevant query

I'm sure every FAQ maintainer occasionally gets a query in which the
reader includes the entire FAQ and a tiny little question at the end (or even
no question at all). I get these about 5-6 times a month.

However, the enclosed message strikes me as being the most irrelevant
question I've received in 5+ years of maintaining FAQs. (I've deleted
the contents of the Lisp FAQ which were included in the message.)

BTW, if anybody wants to respond to this person's query, feel free.

Greetings!

I am interested in learning more about cochlear implants (CI) and wonder if
there exits a newsgroup on CI. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
