I believe Thomas' intention is to have pointers to the fully formatted
FAQs, and he replaces links to his FAQs to fully formatted FAQs as they
become available. For example, Thomas used to format my techreports
list, but when I sent him the URL for the one I maintain on my web
server, he changed to it and stopped generating his version. Thomas
could probably give you a list of the FAQs that are fully formatted.
(I'm fairly sure Thomas is on this list, but I've cc'd to him anyway)
