Thomas A. Fine maintains a list of FAQs, most of which he has
converted himself:

http://www.cis.ohio-state.edu/hypertext/faq/usenet/FAQ-List.html

For those who don't have the www software, you can telnet to
ukanaix.cc.ukans.edu, log in as 'www', and when you get the WELCOME
page, press 'g', and enter the above line.
