I share your concern, but I have hesitated to copyright my FAQ because I
didn't know how to handle the fact that the FAQ was constantly changing. My
preliminary asking around indicates that if you/I copyright the current
versions it will also protect future versions because the future versions
would always contain significant verbatim pieces of the copyrighted version.

I think I am going to follow your lead, copyright mine and include a similar
notice. I will probably go further and copyright all further versions that
contain significant modifications.

Does anyone have some experience in this area? I've never copyrighted
anything except traditional written material. I presume that what we
actually copyright is a printed version on the FAQ.
