Aren't you listening? You don't *have* to propose it. You just start
using it. Those who want the distribution will accept it, those who don't
will drop it.

And then in six months' time we can have the entire argument again,
when someone posts German-only FAQs to comp.answers. (Atari ST FAQ in
German, anyone?)

No, I'd prefer to have the problem fixed properly, starting now.
