This is an important point I believe in a couple ways. Folks should
not think that last time there was no attempt to contact. On the other
hand, last time like this time it was a negative response setup.

Cost is not the issue. Getting fair recompense is not the issue. At
least not for me. I am not trying to keep anyone from seeing what
I wrote. I want WC to treat the authors of the documents the way they
would be treated if they were any other author. Plain and simple.
Obey the copyright law for FAQs like you would for novels, short stories,
etc. It's the same law.
