The 'reference copy' of FAQ docs

Seems to me that it's pretty easy to have a header within the Usenet
headers that points to the official reference copy of the FAQ, then let
different clients / systems allow easy access to that based on their
own desires and ideas. Note that it'd be easy to have that show up in
any email versions sent out too, and even perhaps with Gopher and HTTP
versions (e.g., all have a pointer to a single official copy).

I propose the header:

Reference-Master: http://somewhere/something

Make sense?
