There was a discussion on the list a few months ago about
putting a pointer to an HTML version of a FAQ document
into the message header. Two alternatives were proposed:

X-URL: http://www.machine.domain/

in the main header or

URL: http://www.machine.domain/

in the auxiliary header. The news.answers moderators suggested that I
choose the latter. I don't know if they actually get used anywhere yet.
I think the links to my FAQ at Tom Fine's server were put in manually.

As for the name of the field, I don't have a strong opinion
for either of these names of for the Pointer-To: suggestions.
