I'm updating my FAQs and I'd like to put in the most useable URL format.
My highest priority is that the URL format gets converted to workable
links by Tom Fine's FAQ->HTML converter. My next highest priority is
that the URL format is understood by (i.e., is a link) in newsreaders
like Netscape, etc. Here are some possiblilities:

1. http://www.jazzie.com/ii/
2. <http://www.jazzie.com/ii/>
3. <URL:http://www.jazzie.com/ii/>

And here are some questions:
* What other URL formats are there?
* Which of these work with Tom's FAQ->HTML converter?
* What newsreaders understand (turn into a link) what URL formats?
