Because all newsgroups HAVE my permission. No on paper, but still. Also all the
news.answers archives have my permission. Automagically! :)
I thought about that and decided not to mention it in the FAQ since it seemed:
1. Obvious.
2. Hard to mention without making it free to redistribute on usenet.

And you might also not see this as RE-distribution. News and News archives are
one way of DISTRIBUTION. <Clever, Clever>
