I wasn't clear on this, then: there's no *requirement* to use or
even care it. If a reader (or a service provider) *wants* to use
it, fine. Again: it's intended as a service.

OK, since you are the only person who discussed this a bit, and given
your answer it this, I'll do it. I have a UUCP-only link to the Internet,
but I'll find a "corner of the net" to try it.
