The CD-ROMs are already made.
I got mine in the mail last nite.
I find it hard to imagine that it was pressed yesterday, or even within
the last week, but it may in fact have been. I don't yet have a way
to look at the contents, so I can't tell you what FAQs appear on my
copy. I will let you know when I make arrangements to view it. But
don't be surprised if the offer to remove your FAQs is in relation to the
next release of the CD-ROM.
