To all faq-maintainers reader,

Recently I posted a message about Walnut Creek which was based on my
impressions of a flame-war that occured on another mailing list (the AMSAT-NA
mailing list). Althought the posts to that other list were just as hot and
angry as the flames here on this list concerning Walnut Creek, obviously I
was not aware of the final outcome of the incident being reported on the other
mailing list and did not know about the non-litagous settlement reached by
AMSAT-NA and Walnut Creek (interesting how offenses are inflammed while
the end results are hardly ever publisized). If you haven't read Paul Schleck's
rebuttal to my hasty accusations concerning Walnut Creek, please read them now:

Thank you for your time.
