De.answers has passed its vote

a new *.answers group, de.answers, has just passed its vote with
109 in favour: 2 against.

De.answers will be the German - language equivalent of news.answers;
articles posted to de.answers will also appear in news.answers. Not
surprisingly, the moderation address will be news-answers@mit.edu.

The newgroup command will be sent out on 06.12.93 by Stephan Niemz
<stephan@subnet.sub.net>, the moderator of de.admin.news.announce,
unless serious ojections stand in the way (which is unlikely in this
case, since both the 30 yes - votes and 2/3 yes - votes margins were
passed easily).

Since I'm the only member of the current news.answers team who speaks
German, I'll deal with most German - language submissions.
