Looks like you accidentally updated from an old copy. The auto-faq
script is, and always has been, written by Ian Kluft. I am but a lowly
user, and sometimes informal beta-tester. Didn't we go through this
before? :-)

Since news.answers is now run by a team of moderators, all
correspondence regarding the newsgroup and the List of Periodic
Information Postings should be directed to
news-answers-request@mit.edu.

But otherwise looks good. The only thing I would strongly recommend
adding would be an overview of the various FAQ formats (RFC 1153 Digest,
MIME, HTML, etc.), while emphasizing that there is no "correct" standard
for FAQ's, as long as they are readable, and serve their respective
audiences.
