WWW FAQ conversion - testing via email now available

If you maintain your FAQ with WWW in mind, or if you are interested in
doing so, I've just made things a lot easier. Rather than having to
post, wait a day, and see how it turned out (and then wait a month to
fix it), you can send mail to us, we'll format it and store it temporarily
and you can immediately look at the formatted results thru WWW.

For instructions, send mail to test-www-faq@cis.ohio-state.edu, with the
subject line "help".
