Example of the ROWS and COLS attributes for FRAMESET
This page demonstrates the use of <FRAMESET ROWS="..."> and
<FRAMESET COLS="...">. The sizes of the bottom and two right frames on this
page were indicates by using asterisks to say "whatever space is left":
