In view of the desire torogress report within thirty days Board members are asked to designate as soon as possible their representatives to work on this matter with the Coordination Staff. If desired, names of representatives may be forwarded to the USIB Secretariat, Ext..

Unless requested to do sooard member we do not propose to place this matter on the agendaSIB meeting at this preliminary stage. However, there will be an opportunity for Board discussionpreparation of the initial progress report.

It is clear that full implementation of these recommendations will necessarily wait upon the results of studies and reviews now under way in the Department of Defense.
