1, Montagnard (Highlander) Program:

hade highlanders completed training at Buon Enao in Darloc Province and returned lo the villages. Three VC surrendered and are being Interrogated. Training was initiated at Buon Enao for neighboring villagers. Each villager will be trained for four days. Seventy-Six men trained andto their home village;dditional men are in training. In Truong Hoa,adre previously trained under supervision. personnel, begaln trainingoietnameseselected from each village in the neighborhood.

A highlander intelligence net provided information which led to two Vietnamese Army operations in tbe first and second corps area. The results of both operations were highly pleasing to the corps commanders. CAS Saigon is being requested to furnish additional details on these operations.
